In addition to their commitment to quality products, Customer Representatives have the knowledge to provide the unparalleled customer service for which the brand is famous. Kiehl’s traditionally dispensed advice and prescriptions to clients, and today its staff continues to “prescribe” personalized skin and hair care regimens for each individual customer.
With strong community roots, Kiehl’s made its company mission official more than thirty years ago when it issued a statement entitled “The Kiehl’s Mission.” In it, the company declared its commitment to giving back to local communities.
